Led by Adrienne Rouan, the Boundaries & Beyond Workshop is where you’ll discover action-based tools to empower you to overcome the uncomfortable sensations and lack of intentional planning that often stop us from setting boundaries. This program is designed to help you cultivate change with:

• Accountability
• Utter self-love
• A deeper understanding of your nervous system and how it reacts to setting boundaries
• How to overcome the fear, shame, and unease often accompanying boundary setting.
