Led by Adrienne Rouan and designed to calm the nervous system, this yoga session will focus on bringing your mind and body into harmony.

TRY Method Trauma Recovery Yoga sessions include trauma aware language, affirmations, and a healing meditation.

Things to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Favorite calming essential oil
  • Water
  • Compassion for yourself

Suitable for everyone, including beginners.

Recordings are provided for holidays and instructor sick/vacation days.

Various instructors may teach over the course of the year.

Dates: 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 5:30pm PDT/AZT

Cost: FREE; attend up to 2 free trauma recovery yoga sessions each month.
