The 7-Week Spring Reset is a group nutrition and fitness challenge that combines the quick results of a sugar detox with support in establishing sustainable healthy habits.

Brought to you by Luz Chacon of Live-Work Well, this challenge is for you if you want more energy, better health and improved fitness, but struggle to eat healthy and exercise consistently. The first week will help you break the sugar habit and reset your taste buds. 

In the remaining six weeks, you will take baby steps toward building lasting healthy habits. It is especially designed for busy, stressed out women and includes time-saving tools, an app for tracking meals and exercise, a heart rate monitor, stress reduction techniques, group support and accountability, personalized coaching, and quick, easy, and tasty recipes.

This 7-Week Spring Reset includes weekly workshops/group coaching sessions every Saturday from 1:00 to 2:30 PM (PDT) from April 6th – May 18th, 2024.

Cost: Tickets are $425 but if you are a BRA Member you can get it for $379.
