Learn pasta the way an Italian grandmother makes it. With only a couple simple ingredients you will make the most delicious pasta with your own hands. Expect to get your hands full of flour in this hands-on cooking class where you will learn the famous hand-cut tagliatelle and pappardelle. Also, learn how to make homemade sauces- fresh Pomodoro and pesto for these restaurant-style dishes.
No experience necessary! The only requirement is a fun attitude and a love of good food. Our venue offers delicious cocktails and wines for sell that will pair extremely well with your dinner that you and your friends will prepare. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive.
Chef Joanna was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France and has over 10 years of experience in international culinary field. She has worked at a variety of bakeries and restaurants in the Los Angeles area where she has practiced and honed her cooking and pastry skills. She has also taught private classes (health focused) to children and adults at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village.
