BRA Member, Nikki Bruno is hosting a weekend retreat on Owning Your Boundaries!
Are you overwhelmed? Are you saying yes to everyone but yourself?
What would it feel like to say “Hell YES!” and “No WAY!” with confidence and joy?
Healthy boundaries keep us whole. They free us to be fully ourselves, with no apologies. When we set limits and hold true to them, we show the world that we love, trust, and respect ourselves. On the other hand, when we allow our boundaries to be negotiable, we let ourselves down and guarantee that our needs won’t get met.
At this highly interactive weekend retreat in New Hampshire, led by dynamic coaching duo Melissa Merres and Nikki Bruno, you’ll explore your unique needs, values, beliefs, superpowers, and desires. Then, based on your renewed sense of identity, you’ll set personal boundaries and prepare to express and defend them. You’ll leave with a solid sense of who you are and what you stand for at this moment in your life—with the added support of an adoring community of incredible women.
This retreat is for you if you are…
• saying yes (or no) to everything
• constantly on the edge of burnout
• unable to recognize or celebrate your successes
• suffering the physical effects of putting your own needs last (weight gain or loss, injuries, sleep problems, migraines, digestion issues)
• a people-pleaser
• resigned to a life of exhaustion
This retreat is for you if you want to see yourself…
• revitalized and full of energy for the people and activities that are important to you
• grateful for your own strengths, gifts, intentions, and effort
• prioritizing yourself—body, mind, heart, and soul
• confident saying NO to what isn’t right for you
• transforming your life for the better
