PlyoJam co-founder Stacey Beaman launched her inaugural Movement Series on Thursday, March 28th in Westlake Village. This is a 4 week series of fitness/movement classes taught by some of the most talented instructors from Los Angeles.
Stacey had a vision of creating a space for women (and men!) to move in a new and different way, to feel positive about their bodies, and to stretch outside their comfort zones. These classes are designed and curated for all levels of fitness and dance ability.
Here's The Schedule for the remaining 2 weeks:
Week Three - April 11, 7pm - Broadway Dance Fitness with Tor Campbell
Broadway Dance is for anyone who has ever thought about, dreamed about or wanted to explore their inner Broadway performer! With easy to follow routines the emphasis of this class is on creating your own Broadway style using your innate sense of drama. Broadway Dance is for all levels, do not feel intimidated by the name. The choreography is for beginners and by the end of class you will have learned a short Broadway dance number. This is a class where you will NOT be judged and are encouraged to explore your personality and style through dance while building your self-esteem, confidence and stage presence.
Week Four - April 25 - 7pm - Hip Hop Fitness with Instructor TBD
